Tolteca opened its door in 2011 with the end goal in mind of supplying you, our customer, with only the finest ingredients; sourced in Ireland from honest farmers and suppliers who maintain the highest animal welfare practices. They treat their animals right!

Tony Comaskey, founder of Tolteca, really cares about what his customers eat. He sources the best quality ingredients to serve nutritious and tasty food.

The fruits of his labour are evident in every mouth watering bite of Tolteca’s burrito bowls, salads and tacos.

Our Commitments

All our meats are certified Irish and Board Bia approved. Our vegetables, cheese and sour cream are of the highest quality and purchased locally where possible.

Our Promise

Every chicken supplied to Tolteca Mexican Style Grill through our suppliers is allowed to roam freely through natural green pastures. Our chickens are fully traceable and guaranteed 100% Irish bred and reared.

Lush Pastures, Happy Cattle, Succulent Beef

Our cattle are naturally raised and graze on Irelands lush green pastures. Tolteca beef is a healthy alternative to conventional, grain fed beef. No pesticides, antibiotics, or hormones. Lower in both fat and calories than conventional beef – a great option for beef lovers looking for heart-healthy, lower calorie options. Higher in Omega-3 fatty acids – essential for enhancing heart health and reducing the risk of arthritis, obesity, insulin resistance, allergies and autoimmune diseases. Higher in beta-carotene, helpful in reducing the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Our Pigs are 100% Irish

They are naturally raised under the guidance of the Bord Bia Quality Assurance Scheme. Our suppliers ensure that the farming community who supply Tolteca all operate under the 4 F’s principle of Pigmanship:
